As a mindset coach, I help individuals identify and break through limiting beliefs, develop confidence, and create sustainable strategies for personal and professional growth. Through goal-setting, accountability, and mindset shifts, I support clients in building clarity, resilience, and the motivation needed to create lasting change.

These are real-time co-working or co-doing sessions designed to help you focus and follow through on tasks. You bring the task (cleaning, emails, organizing, etc.), and we stay with you—virtually—providing presence, gentle accountability, and nonjudgmental support.
We want to learn about what you're looking for in a body double.
This is our first session where we’ll talk through your goals, preferences, and the types of tasks you’d like support with. We’ll create a loose schedule or structure for your body-doubling sessions based on what feels most helpful and sustainable for you. You’ll also get a chance to experience body doubling in action—we’ll spend part of the session working together so you can start feeling supported right away. Think of it as planning and getting something done at the same time.
These sessions are all about showing up, staying on task, and getting things done—with someone by your side. Whether you're working through chores, emails, organizing, creative work, or anything that feels hard to start or finish, you're not doing it alone.
